Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AdvampNet ("AdvampNet," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit advamp.net, contact us, or use our services.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We use personal information only for the purposes described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form. When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization if you give one, and your message.
- Correspondence. When you write to us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Client engagements. When an organization engages us, we receive the contact details of its representatives and the account and system information needed to provide the services it requests.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, for security and operation.
Analytics. If you allow analytics cookies in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and what device and browser they use. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you allow it, and you can withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of each page. We have turned off Google's advertising features for this website. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies involved.
The contact form uses a security check from our service provider to block automated spam. The check processes your IP address and information about your browser, and may set cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. It is used only to protect the form.
We do not track visitors across other websites, and no third parties collect information about visitors' online activities through this website for advertising. Because analytics run only with your permission, the website does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with clients
- To provide, maintain and support the services clients engage us for
- To protect those services and the systems they run on
- To understand how visitors use our website, when they allow analytics cookies
- To meet applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations
3. Information we handle for clients
When we operate websites, domains, email or other systems for a client, we process the information in those systems on the client's behalf to deliver and support the agreed services, follow the client's instructions, and meet applicable legal obligations. Clients are responsible for their own collection and use of information, including any notices and permissions they need. AdvampNet remains responsible for the obligations that apply to its own processing.
4. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose information only for the purposes described below and subject to any additional restrictions that apply to it.
- With service providers, such as hosting, email, cloud storage and analytics providers, that process it on our behalf to operate our business and deliver our services
- At a client's documented direction, where the disclosure is permitted by applicable law and any restrictions governing the information
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or security of our clients, others or ourselves
5. How long we keep information
We keep correspondence and our own business records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We retain or delete information handled for a client according to the client's instructions and our service agreement, subject to applicable legal requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. No security measure can guarantee complete protection. If a security incident requires notification under applicable law, we will provide that notification.
7. Your choices and rights
You may use our contact form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You can allow or refuse analytics cookies, and change that choice at any time, from Cookie settings at the bottom of each page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We respond as required by applicable law, including any applicable deadlines and exceptions. For information we process on a client's behalf, we will direct your request to that client or help it respond, as appropriate.
8. Information from Children
Our public website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Information we process on behalf of clients is addressed in Section 3.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date when we do. Where applicable law or the rules governing a service require additional notice or consent, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
10. Contact us
